God of the Impossible: Day Three, Week Three

If you are reading this article, you either know me or are probably already aware of the tragic decline of America. This week’s prayer is not specific to California but would affect us nationwide. This week’s prayer is urgent, and I encourage you all to share this with anyone you know who prays.

This week’s prayer is about the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) and its proposed “Pandemic Accord”, which will be voted on in four months at the Intergovernmental Negotiation Body.

The W.H.O. has proposed a “Pandemic Accord” to be signed by all nations, giving them sovereignty over ALL nations of the world, not just the U.S.A. The Pandemic Accord would allow the World Health Organization to implement and enforce whatever mandates they choose in the event of a “pathogen spread.”

The dictionary definition of a pathogen is “a bacterium, virus or other microorganism that can cause disease.” In other words, the flu could be considered a pathogen spread according to the agreement. It gives the WHO the right to implement any actions it sees fit over all United States citizens without consent of federal, state, or local government or personal freedoms.

I realize many are still divided about what happened during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some wore masks, some did not. Some sheltered in place, some did not, some got the vaccine, some did not. However, what makes the United States the greatest nation in the world is the fact that it is a free country. Whether you agreed or disagreed with others during the COVID-19 pandemic is not the issue; it is the fact that you had the choice to live within your own moral, ethical, and religious convictions. If the U.S. signs this Pandemic Accord, our ability to have personal sovereignty goes out the window.

I can’t help but think about the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego found in Daniel chapter 3. The King of Babylon set up a statue (from which we derive our word “statute”) and demanded that the known world he controlled bow down to it and to him. If the people didn’t comply, they would lose everything: houses, food, families, and lives.

So, people followed the command. They bowed and were under his control until three Hebrew men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, took a stand—figuratively and literally. They refused to worship the statue because they feared the God of Israel and would worship him only. They announced to the kingdom that there was only one true God whom they would worship, whether he saved them from death or not.

This stand enraged the King. He had them thrown into a fiery furnace as punishment. But they didn’t die. Scripture tells us there was a fourth man in the fire with them, and when the King saw the fourth man and that they had not been harmed in the fire, he commanded they be brought out.

I am not being overdramatic. If the United States enters this accord, we will find ourselves in a similar position: controlled and living by mandates that compromise our freedoms and faith. The world is quickly moving toward a one-world government, and this is just one of the markers; there are many others. However, God has given us the POWER of prayer. It is our weapon. We can restrain the plans of the evil one through prayer. As we pray this prayer, you will notice that it ends with “Let it be so, according to your will.”

I have lived long enough to know that God uses everything, even the terrible, wicked things, God will use for good. “What the enemy meant for evil; God meant for good.” (Gen 50:20 K.J.V.). So, knowing that the end of all things will eventually come and not knowing how it will unfold, I pray this prayer according to God’s divine will and purpose.

I believe it is our duty to pray, to petition God, and to make our requests known. And we must take a stand, like the three Hebrew men. We must stand up for liberty and freedom. It may mean a different fiery furnace for us: prison, a FEMA camp, or some other place of exile, who knows. Whatever happens after that, we must trust Him with the outcome.

Occupy until He comes,
